Contact
Let’s talk about your website.
To contact a web designer who replies personally, use the phone, the email address or the form below, whichever suits you. A few lines about your business and what you need is enough to start, and I reply personally, usually the same day.
Send a message.
Tell me what you do and what you want the website to do. I’ll come back with sensible next steps.

What happens next.
Four steps from a message to a project, with no hard sell at any of them.
- I reply, personally. Usually the same day, with any questions and a suggested time for a call.
- We talk about the business. What you do, who your customers are, what the website needs to achieve and what is in the way. Half an hour is usually enough.
- You get a written proposal. The scope, the stages, who does what, the timescale and the price for exactly that. Nothing padded in, nothing hidden.
- We start. A plan first, then design on real content, then the build, with every page seen and approved before it goes live.
Where I am.
Capton, a few minutes from Dartmouth. Most of South Devon within the hour.

The studio is at Capton, in the countryside above the River Dart. From here Totnes, the South Hams and Torbay are all within half an hour, and Plymouth and Exeter about an hour each way. Meeting in person is easy; working remotely is just as good.
Every area I coverBefore you get in touch.
The questions people ask most about starting a conversation.
Usually the same day, and always within one working day. I reply personally: there is no auto-responder and no sales team.
No. A few lines about your business and what you want the website to do is enough. If you have a brief, send it; if you have a budget range in mind, say so, because it helps me suggest what is possible for it. Neither is required to start.
Yes. Send the address and I will tell you what it is doing well, what it is losing you, and what I would do first. There is no charge and no obligation.
Yes, anywhere in South Devon, for the conversations that are better face to face. Most of the work happens by phone, video call and email, and plenty of clients never need to meet at all.
I read it, reply with any questions and suggest a call. On the call we talk about the business, the goal and what the site needs to do. If it makes sense to go further, I send a written proposal with the scope, the stages and the price for exactly that. Then we start. That is the whole process, from the moment you contact a web designer here to the moment work begins.
