Start with the question you have now.
Why I write these.
Most of a web designer’s job is explaining.
Every project starts with the same conversations: what a site should cost, why speed matters, whether to rebuild or refresh, which platform to choose. Writing the answers down properly means you can read them at your own pace, and I can spend the first conversation on your business instead of the basics.
They also show how I think. If the advice here makes sense to you, we will probably work well together. If it doesn’t, you have lost nothing but a few minutes.
More about how I workA question these don’t answer?
Ask it. If it is a good one, it may become the next of these web design guides, and either way you will get a straight answer.
- 1You send a few lines. What the business does and what the website needs to do.
- 2I reply, personally.Usually the same day, with questions and a time for a call.
- 3You get a written proposal.Scope, stages and price for exactly that. No obligation, no hard sell.
